RULES

1. Every member, including their partner/spouse can apply to join the Section UK National Lottery.

2. Each unit will cost £1.00 per month. Members can purchase as many units as they wish. Every unit purchased will generate a personal number.

3. Each member will complete an on-line application form for each number required found at: www.ipa-uk.org/Lottery/lottery-application  In addition, each member is responsible for setting up a bank standing order for a monthly payment for each £1 unit required.

4. Application forms and payment must be received by IPA Section UK by Midnight of 14th of each month to ensure the members participation in that current month’s draw.

5. Draws will take place on the 4th Monday of each month (or Tuesday if Bank Holiday) following payment checks. Draws will be made by IPA’s  Business Manager,  or a responsible person nominated by them. There will be at least 3 persons present when the draw takes place.

6. The draws will be by computerised random selection. If your monthly payment has not been received and your number is generated a payment will not be made to you.

7. The amounts collected each month will determine the value of the prizes.

8. Prize money will be paid via electronic banking.

9. Winners will be notified personally and also published through IPA Section UK media.

10. These rules are subject to change / review by Section UK’s National Executive Committee at any time.
